Riding Through Redlands: A Story of Community, Adventure, and Hidden Gems
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and riding with an incredible group of riders in Redlands. These friends have known each other for years, and just a few years ago, they started sharing their adventures on their SUPER73s specifically, second-hand SUPER73-S1 models.
From the moment we met at their go-to coffee spot, Landmark Coffee Roasters, I could tell they were eager to share their stories. They recounted how they first discovered SUPER73, their drive down to San Diego to pick up their first bike, and even the time they scored multiple bikes from a local seller whose ride had barely three miles on it. By chance, we ran into another rider walking his dog who had worked with us years ago on a project. He kindly took our photo and went on with this day. A talented photographer in his own right.
With our bikes ready, we set off. We cruised through Old Town, weaving through the streets until we reached breathtaking views of rolling green hills, thanks to the recent rain. It felt like something straight out of a storybook. We paused to take it all in, appreciating Redlands in a way I never had before.
As the ride came to an end, the conversation continued—talks of future routes, new adventures, and the next time we’d ride together. If you ever find yourself in Redlands, take the time to explore. It’s a true hidden gem.
