Get to know BLUR Boundaries
I’ve known Elijah Yoon for some years now after meeting each other at the first SUPER73 Halloween Group Ride back in October 2018. He not only showed up on his SUPER73 Scout Rose Ave. Edition but it was transformed into Super Yoshi and he was dressed as Mario from Super Mario Bros. I knew instantly he was going to be a force in the customization game.
When you think of SUPER73 customization, BLUR Boundaries is at the top of the list. Elijah bought his first SUPER73 back in 2017 and fell in love with the community, Super Squad. His Rose Ave. became a daily part of his life looking for ways to customize to express his lifestyle. He saw a need for aftermarket parts and accessories within the community and decided to launch his brand.
Something special was happening pretty early on with the community. Riders were quickly finding out that their bike was an expression of themselves. The bike was the canvas and the rider was the artist. Social media platforms like Instagram & YouTube became a place to share creativity and personalization. And guess who was right there steering the ship? Elijah knew he could apply his talents and showcase his design prowess. Especially at the first official meetup held at SUPER73 headquarters in 2018. He once again transformed his Rose Ave. into a masterpiece. Inspired by a custom Triumph built by Rogue Motorcycles, the mod went through multiple design iterations. From 3D-printed brackets and parts to adding a skateboard with trucks and wheels, his vision stayed true through the process. It certainly was an ambitious bike build even back then.
Fast forward to 2020 when SUPER73 launched the new generation R-Series and S2. He continued to innovate & create accessories and parts to fit the new models. From new decal designs, crafted seats, to one-of-a-kind items, Elijah started ramping up on curated collections to fit the community's needs. Elijah has an extensive list of bike builds; Roland Sands Designs, BLACK PINK, Martini Racing, Los Angeles Rams, and Tjin Edition to name a few.
I consider Elijah one of my good friends and appreciate all that he’s done for the SUPER73 community. It’s been a fun ride getting to know him personally and seeing the growth of BLUR Boundaries over the years. I admire his friendship, work ethic, and drive to continue to push the limits of design, form, and function.
Thanks, Elijah and BLUR Boundaries.
